Alright, so let me start by saying I’m pissed about the shipping. I ordered the Broil King Regal S590 Pro IR 5-Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill and was told it’d be here in a few days. But nope, it got delayed, then delayed again, and I was literally ready to cancel the whole thing. I’ve never been more frustrated waiting for a package in my life. I had plans to fire this thing up over the weekend, but it didn’t show up until days later. Not cool. Now, after all that, when the grill finally showed up? It was in perfect condition. I was half expecting a dented mess, but no, it’s beautiful. Heavy-duty, sleek stainless steel that looks like it’s built to last forever. When I fired it up, it heated evenly and quickly. The infrared burner seared my steak like a pro, and everything cooked just right. I’m relieved it arrived in one piece, but I’ll be honest—the shipping experience has definitely left a sour taste. If you can get past the frustrating delays, though, this grill is amazing. But come on, don’t make me wait that long next time.
