BBQ Supplies Depot offer Land, Air Freight and Sea Freight delivery services. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS so all orders will be delivered to the front of your place.
All shipments, unless specifically denoted, are curbside shipments to business, residence or commercial addresses. Home or In home delivery is neither implied nor offered without additional charge and is not necessarily available even if the customer is willing to pay more for it.
Delivery Time for Land Freight is 1 - 6 days, depending your area or your city.
Delivery Time for Air Freight is 3 - 30 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
Delivery Time for Sea Freight is 12 - 45 days, depending your area/ city/ or country location.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving your order and payment confirmation on our website.
We will be happy to provide you with the tracing number, when available, given to us by the delivery company.
All products that we send will include official international warranty card from each brand that you ordered, and warranty can be used at your city dealer.
