RETURN-AUTHORIZATION-NUMBER/PROCEDURE

BBQ Supplies Depot will accept returns on products in NEW condition within 3 days of receiving date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and add 25% restocking fee. You must receive a Prior Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives before attempting to return any goods. All goods are FOB from our warehouse(s) therefore refusal of any goods, once shipped, does not relieve the purchaser from their obligation to except the goods. IE: Once shipped, the goods are the property of the buyer, unless they have not been fully paid for, in which case they remain the property of  BBQ Supplies Depot.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into their original box/pallet with plenty of packing material and place the original box/pallet in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address and Return Goods Authorization number provided to you from our customer service representative. If you ship something back without a valid RGA number on it will be refused.  Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without pre-authorization.

Refund will be transfer to your choose payment method when making the order on the website.

Defective Product
BBQ Supplies Depot accept returns on "defective" products. These items must be taken to a local service center to get a recommended letter under warranty. BBQ Supplies Depot will bound the return fee from your location. And then we will arrange all document needed to claim the warranty to Manufacturer including recommended letter from your local service center. BBQ Supplies Depot will be responsible with Defective Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.

Damaged Product
BBQ Supplies Depot accept returns on damaged equipment caused by shipping. You can send us proof of damaged and request the return process from our support team. BBQ Supplies Depot will be responsible with Damaged Product 100% for make sure all customer satisfied.

Cancelled Orders

  • No charges or losses will apply as long as orders are cancelled before items are shipped.
    If items have already been shipped, standard return policies apply.

    We strongly recommend you can communicate with us before cancelling the order or open a dispute on PayPal.
